Your name, phone number and email address, the answers you give in the chat (budget range, purchase timeline, payment method and intended use), and technical data including your IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from your IP, the page you arrived from and the advertising identifiers attached to your visit.
To match you with suitable residences, to pass your enquiry to the relevant developer or appointed broker so they can contact you, and to measure and improve our advertising. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit your details, and our legitimate interest in operating and measuring our service.
The developer or appointed property partner relevant to your enquiry, and our service providers (hosting, messaging and analytics). We share hashed identifiers with advertising platforms including Meta to measure campaign performance. We do not sell your personal data.
Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless you ask us to erase them sooner.
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the UAE, the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, under appropriate safeguards.
